Choose the gemstone, shape and setting

Tell us whether you require a natural or lab-grown gemstone, together with the preferred color, shape and dimensions. These are different material choices and should be specified in your brief. Our lab-grown emerald jewelry service is a starting point if you are considering that material.

Our supplied ring samples include a three-stone design, a halo design and rectangular center stones. Use them to explain the proportions and details you prefer. We review the stone, setting, ring size and 18K gold requirements together before confirming a proposal. Sample photographs show design references; stone availability, material and final specifications are confirmed for each project.

What should you send for a custom ring quotation?

• A reference photo, sketch, CAD drawing or STL file. Start with a photo or sketch if you do not have a technical drawing.
• Gemstone details: natural or lab-grown material, stone type, color, shape and length, width and depth where known.
• Ring specifications: ring size and sizing system, preferred band dimensions, setting details and 18K gold requirements.
• Order details: quantity, budget, destination and any preferred completion date.

From your ring design to the finished piece

1. Review the brief. Discuss the design, gemstone, ring size, metal, budget and quantity.
2. Confirm the proposal. Review the design and modeling requirements before production.
3. Make and set the ring. The process includes model making, casting, finishing the metalwork and stone setting, according to the agreed design.
4. Finish and inspect. Complete polishing, any agreed surface treatment and final quality inspection.

We’ll work to complete your custom piece as soon as possible and confirm the timeline with you before production. Timing depends on the design, materials and manufacturing requirements. Complex designs may take longer; shipping time is additional.

A starting point for shops, designers and new brands

A jewelry store can send a customer’s ring brief. A designer can share a sketch or CAD drawing. A new brand or online seller can begin with one finished custom piece to review before discussing a wider collection. Repeat orders and additional designs are reviewed against the agreed specifications, quantities and material availability.
